Getting to Moy Country Fair 2025: Traffic Advice and Updates

Aug 7, 2025
2 min read

With thousands of visitors expected over the weekend of Friday 8 and Saturday 9 August, we’re working closely with Balfour Beatty and Contraflow to help everyone get to and from Moy Country Fair safely and smoothly.

Whether you're a regular visitor or joining us for the first time, here's what you need to know if you're driving to the Fair this year.

Temporary Traffic Lights on the A9

To help manage peak traffic flow, temporary traffic lights may be activated at the A9/B9154 Moy South junction. These lights will:

  • Only operate at busy times, when traffic is leaving the event

  • Be in place between 8am and 6pm on both days of the Fair

  • Help control traffic safely joining the A9 from the event site

There are no diversions for incoming vehicles — so if you’re arriving at the Fair, just follow the event signage and drive with care.

Signage and Diversion Routes

If you're leaving Moy Country Fair and encounter a diversion, you may be directed via signage to the Moy South junction, where you could meet the temporary traffic lights.

We ask all visitors to follow signage rather than relying on sat nav, and to allow a little extra time for their journey, particularly during busier periods.

Local Access

Residents in surrounding areas — including Daviot — will continue to have northbound access to the B9154 throughout the weekend.

Thank You to Our Supporters

We're extremely grateful to Balfour Beatty and Contraflow, who are providing this traffic management as a benefit-in-kind to support the event.

Their involvement helps us keep traffic flowing while minimising disruption on the surrounding road network.

Thanks so much for sharing this detailed post on navigating traffic and route updates for the Moy Country Fair! Clear travel advice, parking details, and highway guidance make getting to the grounds so much smoother and stress-free for everyone attending. I was actually taking a quick break earlier looking into gamevault999 to unwind, and coming across your practical guide was a super helpful and timely read. Really appreciate you sharing such useful logistics and event updates with the community!

I was looking up how to iron a difficult shirt collar without a steam iron early in the morning. A post from a men's fashion blog returned a 404 error and dumped me onto a page with milf cams. Instead of laundry tips, a woman was ironing a huge pile of men's shirts, wearing only one of the shirts herself. People from all over the world were typing iron temperatures for different fabrics before she unbuttoned the shirt she was wearing. I was intrigued by this incredibly mundane, domestic atmosphere that heavily contrasted with typical internet platforms. I liked that she managed to hide the boredom so well using a completely ordinary household chore. I honestly learned more about ironing…
