Bringing your dog—here's what you need to know...
-
Dogs are welcome throughout the Fair – as long as they're on a lead, they can explore the grounds with you.
-
Water stations will be available across the site to keep your dog hydrated.
-
Please be considerate of other visitors and clean up after your dog.
Leaving your dog in the car—please think twice!
We strongly recommend that you do not leave your dog in the car — even for a short time — as it can quickly become dangerous, even on cooler days. If you do leave a dog in your car, please note the following:
-
Limited shade in our car parks – Our car parks have very little natural shade, and we do not monitor them for animals in distress.
-
If we receive a report of an animal in distress – We will try to locate the vehicle if we have enough information.
-
Initial assessment – If we find an animal in a car, we will assess the situation from outside the vehicle first.
-
If we’re concerned about your dog’s safety – Our on-site veterinary assistant will assess the situation (if available). We may also make a public announcement asking the vehicle owner to return to their car.
-
Taking action if necessary – If the dog appears distressed or in danger from heat or lack of ventilation, we may attempt to open the vehicle. If required, we may break glass or use force to access the car.
-
Vehicle damage is your responsibility – If we need to force entry to protect an animal, any damage to your vehicle will be at your own risk.
Keep Your Dog Safe – Bring Them Into the Fair!
Dogs left in cars can cause distress for everyone involved — especially your dog. Please bring them into the Fair where they can enjoy the fresh air, the sights and smells, and all the attention they deserve!

Dogs on leads = Happy dogs and happy owners!
